We are seeking a full time Family Based Program Director for our Children's Services clinic.

In this position:

  • You work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the entire Family Based program
  • Your weekly duties would include conducting weekly group supervision with the Family Based Teams
  • Review all written treatment plans and treatment plan updates
  • Attend interagency meetings and treatment plan sessions
  • Supervising the administrative responsibilities related to the Family Based program in your clinic
  • Participate in interviews for new therapists
  • Provide feedback and evaluate employees
  • Maintain the day to day administrative operations of the program

Applicants should have a strong organization sense, the ability to think on their feet and overall good communication skills. EOE.

$41,300-$43,300 based on experience and degree
