Requirements

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field 
• 1 year direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in alcohol or other drug treatment setting

OR

• 1 year  direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in alcohol or other drug treatment setting
• Bachelor's Degree with 18 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other related social sciences  

Description

We are seeking a full time Case Manager Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team! In this position you would provide oversight and supervision for the Case Managers on the team. The Case Management team works with drug and alcohol clients providing a full range of case management services. Main job duties would include overseeing the assessment of client needs, the determination of client care and comprehensive care coordination services plans, assign cases to the Case Managers, facilitate supervision, supervise and review client care and review client records. Applicants for this position must have an understanding of the addiction and recovery process. EOE
