Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 5 Level of Care assessments per week.
  • Facilitate at least 2 drug and alcohol or co-occurring groups each week, including Intensive Outpatient sessions.
  • Provide individual therapy and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

At PCS, we utilize diverse treatment approaches to meet individual needs, empowering our clients on their journey to recovery. Our therapists facilitate intake, individual, and group therapy sessions, focusing on growth, optimism, hope, and healing.

Schedule:

  • Full-time therapists typically work Monday through Friday, including two evening shifts per week, with options to transition to a four-day workweek.
  • After your caseload is established, only 30 working hours per week are required.
  • Office hours are generally from 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 8 AM to 5 PM (Friday), allowing flexibility in setting your schedule for work-life balance.
