Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a full-time outpatient therapist to join our dynamic team. Position Highlights:

  • Flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to work four days per week after establishing your caseload.

  • Child/adolescent-only contracts are available for clinicians passionate about this population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 40 clients at varying frequencies, with a minimum expectation of 26 billable units per week.
  • Provide individual therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and complete ancillary clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
  • Facilitate intake, individual, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on client growth, optimism, hope, and healing.

Schedule Expectations:

  • Full-time clinicians work Monday through Friday, with three evening shifts required per week to meet client needs.
  • After establishing your caseload, you have the option to transition to a four-day workweek with a 30+ billable schedule.
  • Flexible office hours from 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 8 AM to 5 PM (Friday), ensuring work-life balance.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $36,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
