We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct support to children and families, helping them build essential skills and create positive change. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in implementing personalized treatment plans that empower children to thrive in their daily lives.

What You’ll Do

As a BHT, you will:

  • Work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to help them develop and apply new skills.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, promoting consistency across different environments.
  • Work independently while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
  • Focus on preventing the need for more restrictive interventions by providing early support.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other support systems to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
