Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist to work with youth at risk of out-of-home placement or justice system involvement.

What is MST?

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based treatment model designed for youth (ages 10-17) exhibiting antisocial behaviors. MST therapists work directly with families to reduce risk factors and promote long-term positive change.

Your Role:

  • Conduct MST assessments and develop strong therapeutic relationships with youth and families.
  • Provide clinical treatment, crisis intervention, and coaching.
  • Work in the home, school, and community to promote positive behavior.
  • Advocate for families and support parents in building skills to better guide their children.
