LiveUp Counseling is the newest private practice program of Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) designed for providers who wish to remain connected to and support the community health programs but seeking the benefits more commonly associated with private practice.
This role is for independently licensed mental health providers in Pennsylvania including:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Or Clinical Psychologists
This role is a 1099 position and provides clinicians an autonomous practice with all the supports of a larger organization and the ability to remain connected to the mission and community of community mental health practice.
Some of our benefits include a large support and referral network, credentialing and billing support, administrative and medical records assistance, professional CEs, and on site prescriber access for medication management, all without restrictive contracts or mandatory minimum billing quotas.

While participation in case consultations and CE trainings is completely optional, we have a wonderful team of professionals with diverse experiences who collaborate and connect to provide amazing client care.
Our ideal candidate has at least two years of therapy experience, be comfortable with managing their practice more independently and hold a valid LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist license in Pennsylvania as well as maintain professional liability insurance and be able to provide necessary clearances.
We offer enhanced rates for Bilingual providers.
Positions are available at full- or part-time status with opportunities for hybrid work - though our current referral base is heavily motivated for in person options.
Our providers have access to private office space, free CEs, EMR, medical records support, provision of licensure supervision for pre-licensed providers and group consultation opportunities.
