  • Licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed social worker, licensed Behavior Specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services AND have certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.

Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time BCBA for our Children's Services office!

The IBHS program is for children who need individual therapeutic assistance. As a BCBA you will provide a comprehensive, individualized and behaviorally focused treatment that assists children in discovering their potential in the home, school and community.

Main duties for the position will include but are not limited to:

  • Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Opportunity to Conduct Trainings
  • Provide oversight and supervision to ABA interns.
  • Assist clinicians with data forms and data collection.
  • Complete a quality assessment of the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and his/her family.
  • Develop an individualized treatment plan to address the client’s needs which clearly define interventions for all team members.
  • Include the child, his/her family members, schools and other community contacts as valuable members of the treatment team and as partners in treatment.
  • Function as the team leader and lead the treatment team.
  • Assist treatment team members in implementing interventions appropriately.
  • Provide case management services for the client.
  • Collect and analyze data to support treatment progress in measurable terms.
  • Provide services in home, school and community settings.
  • Attend treatment team meetings to discuss treatment goals.
  • Attend quarterly BCBA meetings.
  • Provide clinical supervision to BHT/BHT-ABA’s and on site, as needed and if qualified per regulations.
