LiveUp Counseling is actively seeking independently licensed mental health professionals in Pennsylvania who are passionate about supporting older adults and their families. This unique 1099 contractor opportunity is ideal for providers who want to grow their own in-house private practice at LiveUp Counseling and dedicate 1–2 days per week providing care on-site at a local elder care facility.
About the Role:
- Minimum commitment: 1 day per week (6-hour day required)
- Additional hours are optional – this role is intentionally flexible - with opportunities for outpatient practice work at our East Petersburg or York Locations.
- Schedule your own hours during the daytime for elder care residents
- Serve both private practice clients and elder care residents
- Opportunity to build a hybrid caseload, split between the office and the elder care setting
We are looking for clinicians who are called to work with individuals facing:
- Complex medical concerns and chronic illness
- End-of-life issues and grief
- Early stages of dementia and cognitive decline
- Shifting family roles and dynamics later in life
Eligible Licenses (PA only):
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Clinical Psychologist

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a current PA license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Has at least 2 years of therapy experience
- Maintains professional liability insurance and required clearances
