PA Counseling Services is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Interviewer to join our team located at HQ in Lebanon. This role plays a key part in ensuring we hire team members who are not only qualified, but also aligned with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants for job fit through application review and structured interviews.
• Communicate with leadership.
• Follow all departmental processes for communication, recordkeeping, and documentation.
• Complete additional department duties as assigned to support HR operations.
