Requirements

Qualifications (Entry-Level Friendly)

We value your academic training and hands-on internship experience.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or Education.

• Experience: 1 year of experience OR completion of a Clinical Practicum/Internship (May 2026 grads are encouraged to apply now for summer start dates).

• Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish or ASL is highly prioritized and eligible for additional recognition.

• Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for community-based travel.

• Clearances: Ability to obtain PA State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.

Are you graduating with your Master’s in May 2026? Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring Behavioral Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team.

The Role: Clinical Impact in the Real World

As a Master’s-level clinician, you will choose or combine two specialized paths:

1. Behavioral Consultant (BC):* Utilize ABA principlesto support children with Autism and behavioral challenges.

• Design individualized behavior plans and empower caregivers with practical tools.

• Collaborate with school districts to ensure student success across environments.

2. Mobile Therapist (MT):

• Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy in homes and schools.

• Lead IBHS treatment teams and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
