Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to build strong clinical skills, receive support toward licensure, and be part of a team dedicated to meaningful recovery work.

Pay

$36,000-$64,000

Position Details

  • Flexible schedule

  • Guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks
  • After building your caseload, work a 4-day week
  • Bonus pay for bilingual therapists
  • Opportunities for 1 telehealth work-from-home day per week for qualified providers in qualified environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Two evening shifts per week
  • Once your caseload is established, work 30 hours per week

Office Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
