We are seeking a Women's Recovery Apartment Manager to work at our Recovery Apartment housing in downtown Lebanon. Main responsibilities would include: enforcing the housing rules with all residents, monitoring the apartment facility, setting a positive example by living consistently with the housing rules, address an inappropriate behavior with residents, monitor residents for timeliness and appropriateness, attend 12 step meetings with residents when available, provide emotional support to residents and facilitate weekly apartment meetings. This is an unpaid position but rent and utilities are paid for by the company. EOE
