Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is searching for a Quality Improvement (Q.I) Specialist to join the team!

This position would be providing administrative support to the Q.I. Department in various ways. 

Your main job duties would include:

  • Complete quality reviews of clinical charts
  • Prepare administrative forms for external audits
  • Process external chart submission requests and other ad hoc projects
  • Organize and maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports and information
  • Communicate with internal staff and external licensing and funding source staff as needed
  • May involve driving to a PCS clinic/program location
