Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is searching for a Quality Improvement (Q.I) Specialist to join the team!
This position would be providing administrative support to the Q.I. Department in various ways.
Your main job duties would include:
- Complete quality reviews of clinical charts
- Prepare administrative forms for external audits
- Process external chart submission requests and other ad hoc projects
- Organize and maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports and information
- Communicate with internal staff and external licensing and funding source staff as needed
- May involve driving to a PCS clinic/program location
